This is vendor information for Climb Out of the Darkness 2018 on Saturday, July 28, 2018.
Location: Water's Edge Park (602 S. Shoreline Blvd.)

Hours: 10am - 12 pm

We are currently accepting all vendors - space is limited to 20 vendors and 2 food trucks.

Vendor Space: 10x10 area per vendor.  Feel free to bring a popup tent for shade. If bringing a tent please have something to anchor it down as its windy here!
Cost: $25 for the space.

REQUIREMENTS: The Texas Department of Health and Corpus Christi Code of Ordinances require food vendors to obtain permits. A food vendor will not be allowed to setup without the proper permit(s). Original permits must be displayed in the vendor’s space and a copy attached to your application. SPACE IS LIMITED TO 20 VENDORS. CHECK-IN & SETUP: Saturday, June 23, 2018 promptly at 8:30am. Set-up must be completed by 9:45am. Do not set up until you have checked in with the vendor coordinator. CONTRACT FOR SPACE: Vendors must be 18 years or older. All vendors must complete the registration form and sign the release and indemnification agreement and rules, which must be signed at vendor check-in. The completed registration form and full payment must be received before the event will confirm you as a vendor, no exceptions. LIABILITY: Corpus Christi Maternal Mental Health Coalition, its members, nor the representatives and employees thereof, will be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or the exhibitor’s property or its employees or representatives for any cause whatsoever prior to, during, or subsequent to the exhibitor’s control, in transit to, within and from the confines of Nueces County. Exhibitors are advised to carry insurance against injury to the person and property of others. Each exhibitor shall assume all risk as provided herein and release these organizations and said individuals referred to above for any such loss, damage, or injury. RESTRICTIONS: Pets are not allowed. No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises. SALES TAX NUMBERS: The State Comptroller of Public Accounts requires you to have a sales tax number and to pay sales tax (8.25% in Corpus Christi). If you have any questions about sales tax, contact the Texas State Comptroller at 800-252-5555 or visit their website, www.window.state.tx.us. The State of Texas Comptroller’s Office occasionally sends representatives to special events to verify sales tax permits. WINDY WEATHER: Corpus Christi is well known for its windy conditions. It is your sole responsibility to take measures to secure your area and products to protect them from damage or destruction and your sole responsibility to secure your tents and products to keep them from damaging other property or causing injury to others. Corpus Christi Maternal Mental Health Coalition is not responsible for any damages caused to/by your products.
